A 9" round traditional British Christmas favorite! A moist, rich fruit cake, spiced with sweet spices and laced with brandy until it's time to decorate with a layer of homemade marzipan (almond paste). It is then frosted with thick, white Royal Icing to make a beautiful addition to any Christmas dinner table.

Serves 18 to 24 people.

Thinly sliced  Granny Smith's and Golden Delicious apples sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon, then attractively layered in a sweet short crust pastry on a bed of apple puree, pure indulgence.

Traditional British Christmas Mini Mince Pies. Filled with a mixture of dried fruit and spices. They taste gorgeous and a must for a traditional Christmas dinner table.

My apple pie is piled high with fresh Granny Smith's and Golden Delicious apple slices sweetened with sugar, spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg,  baked until  the apples are juicy and tender. Ideally top with whipped cream or my husband's particular favorite...vanilla  ice cream.

These chocolate baked treats are both fudgy and cakey! Filled with delicious chocolate chunks (dark or milk your choice).

Decadent layers starting with a shortbread base, smothered with delicious soft caramel and topped off with a rich chocolate ganache layer. This is also known as Millionaire's Shortbread and once you taste it you will know why. A very luxurious treat!
