All of my pastries are made with pure, natural ingredients. No artificial colors or flavors are used wherever possible. Free range/cage free eggs are the only eggs I will use in my baking. Happy hens lay the best eggs!

A Lancashire, UK tradition, from the town of Eccles, delightfully flaky and packed with a mixture of sweet currants, orange zest and spices.

Traditional British Christmas Mini Mince Pies. Filled with a mixture of dried fruit and spices. They taste gorgeous and a must for the British Christmas dinner table.

These fruit pies are available in large family size, small individual or mini. A choice of apple, blueberry, strawberry or a combination of fruits are available to choose from. Just ask me!
