Whether you have a restricted diet because of health reasons or you prefer to include or omit certain foods due to your lifestyle preferences, I have developed a range for you. My gluten free range uses the finest nut flours, natural sweeteners such as honey, agave, coconut sugar and monk fruit to produce flavorful alternatives to regular ingredients. Italian Style Herb Bread
This delicious loaf will curb your carby cravings whilst providing a nutritious alternative to traditional wheat and dairy bread. While the texture of this loaf is quite cakey, it is sturdy enough to be toasted or just sliced, smothered with your favorite butter (dairy free if you want to keep the lactose away). Of course, spreads such as almond or peanut butter are perfect with the plain version whilst cheese or lactose free alternatives are great on the herb bread.

These gluten and lactose free chocolate baked treats are both fudgey and cakey! Filled with delicious dark chocolate chunks and walnuts and made with the finest 100% unsweetened cocoa powder.
